We had such a great experience at Benihana North Miami Beach! It’s the perfect place when you want dinner to be more than just a meal. The hibachi experience is so much fun, the chefs are entertaining and engaging, and there’s something about watching your food being prepared right in front of you that makes the whole evening feel special. The food was delicious, the portions were generous, and the staff was friendly and attentive throughout the meal. It’s a great spot for families, celebrations, or just a fun night out when you want a little entertainment with your dinner. One thing that really stood out to me was how well the restaurant is maintained. You can tell management takes pride in the property and does a great job keeping everything clean, organized, and in tip-top shape. That attention to detail makes a big difference in the overall experience. Definitely a place we’d come back to and recommend to others!

I have been coming to this location for years and the past few times I have come in the AC is broken which I believe is a corporate issue so don’t blame the location. The food took a very long time at the bar for happy hour but our saving grace was Rhoda. She is an amazing bartender and took such good care of us. She delivered excellent service with very little help. I saw her doing everything. As a manager in the industry, she was serving, cleaning, restocking, running food and the only employee I saw running everywhere doing everything and helping everyone to try and deliver the best service to every customer even when they were sitting at the bar. The woman who appeared to be the manager seemed lost and couldn’t help in any way which i feel like she should have stepped in and helped. I will go back absolutely and hope to see Rhoda again cause I’m not sure if I would stay if she’s not there.

The food was flavorful, and the taste was definitely the highlight of our visit. However, the overall experience was disappointing. The chef’s presentation was very underwhelming and nothing like what we expected from Benihana. The tableside entertainment has always been a big part of the experience, and this time it was almost nonexistent. The cocktails were just average—nothing memorable—and the service was a bit lacking as well. Overall, it wasn’t the experience we were expecting. Benihana just doesn’t seem to be what it used to be. I hope they can bring back the quality, energy, and dining experience that made the brand so special.

Service was amazing I had a wonderful time here for the minute that we came in we were greeted. We were sat down. The view is absolutely to die for we had a bunch of different appetizers. The drinks were great. We even received some free shots, which was very nice who doesn’t love a good hibachi and I cannot wait to come back. Our server was amazing and the manager was also very welcoming and very sweet as well, so I’m very excited to come visit here. Everybody should as well!!

Louis My family and I have been to Benihana's so many times and we have always enjoyed our birthday celebrations at the restaurant. This time I went with some classmates to celebrate one of our birthdays and I was disappointed not in the food. The food was delicious it was prepared great very happy with that. The chef that was cooking the entertainment was not there the upbeat the excitement the energy was definitely not there. There was another chef at another table in his name was Louis because I asked his name because he was entertaining the table. So I can say that the food was very good just the entertainment that I'm used to from Benihana's was not there anymore. Our waitress Alejandra was attentive she was funny she was good very good attentive professional. Not the birthday vibe.
